If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. If for any reason you’re not happy with your house cleaning service we’ll come back out to re-clean any spots we may have missed. This is to guarantee that with Mulberry Maids, you will get the cleaning that you and your home deserve.

There is no catch – our goal is to make you happy!
The only thing we ask of our customers is to alert us to problems within 24 hours via phone or email. Please note that the guarantee is void if Mulberry Maids is not the last cleaning service to be in your home, and this guarantee is not valid for hourly cleanings. Per our policy, we cannot issue any refund before doing a re-cleaning first. Additionally the 100% satisfaction guarantee is void if additional cleaning time is denied when our maximum time has been reached in homes that are not in a normal state.
