Standard Recurring Cleaning:
From your bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and common areas, we exceed your expectations every time! The standard clean is best for homes receiving reoccurring professional cleans.
Deep Clean:
Northern Colorado’s best clean! The deep clean is best for homes not professionally cleaned within 30 days. It is recommended for a one time or first time cleaning, or when your home needs a bit more love!
Move In/Move Out:
This is intended for tenants and property managers to ensure a full and thorough cleaning has taken place before a new tenant moves in. Move In/Move Out cleans are also common for current homeowners prior to putting their house on the market or new homeowners prior to moving in. Move In/Move Out cleans are for empty houses and they include extras such as inside refrigerator, inside oven, baseboard/doors/cabinets detailed, etc. Please note that this is not a moving service – please have the unit/home fully moved out of before cleaning takes place.

We are here to help with your last minute cleaning needs! Please call us directly at (970) 460-4298 to book any last minute appointments. Please note, any bookings made for the same day or the next day will incur a $20 fee to help accommodate late appointments in our schedule.

While we strive to offer the best clean in Northern Colorado, there are some tasks that we are not equipped to handle:
- Chandelier cleaning
- Cleaning of mold, bodily fluids, pet waste & vomit, etc.
- Organizing
- Scrubbing of painted walls, whole wall washing, or any wall cleaning other than small spot cleaning
- Areas higher than 2nd step of step ladder
- Cleaning dishes
- Cleaning any part of home exterior
- Wiping light bulbs
- High levels of trash or clutter
- Haul trash off-site
- If we are not the absolute last contractors in the home, or other contractors are present during cleaning, then the 100% Guarantee is void
